You can embed the app form externally or use the link in emails. To enable the Embed Form option for your app, select “Embedded Form” from the app settings pull down menu.
This takes you the Embedded Form page. Check “Enable Form
Embedding” and add any Header or Thank you message for your external form.
Scroll down, click Save and copy the Iframe code to embed it anywhere on your website. You could also use the Public Link to form to pass it on emails.
