You can add widgets to the dashboard through the Widgets & Settings page within the workroom. Click on the gear icon next to the workroom name in the left panel and select “Widgets & Settings”.
Under Widgets, click on the “New Widget” button to add a new
Widget
Pick the Widget Type of your choice and set the parameters
to create a widget.

There are 9 types of widgets – App Data, Pie Chart, App Widget, Text, Image, Links, Files, Contacts and Blogs.
