Roles define users permission & access to the account. You can define as many roles as you want. Below are the pre-defined roles available within CollaborateCloud.
All users with External roles get limited access and can
only access the Workroom you invite them to. They do not have access to “Home”
or any other workroom.
You can add / edit / delete roles from Settings > Roles & Permissions.
